Next up was the infamous Council meeting of February 27 re Silverback. 

You will recall that fourth reading was tabled. So Inkster came all prepared and moved to un-table it, after which he presented the following prepared motion:

            The third reading of District of Sechelt Zoning Bylaw No. 25-195 (CD-13), (Silverback Comprehensive Development), 2006 be rescinded. 

Further, that a public information workshop be held on March 18th,

2008 to present the Development and Servicing Agreements associated with this application.

 Further, that a Public Hearing regarding Bylaw No. 25-195 be held on March 26th, 2008.
